Helvellyn is the third highest fell in the Lake District Cumbria. Helvellyn summit is 3,117 ft. My wife, Sue and I took 2hrs to climb to the summit only to find it cover in mist and could not see the views. The picture was taken on the way back down when the mist clear, of a cairn looking over a reservoir.
